Learn to Meditate Course

The Learn to Meditate course consists of three online sessions taught on Zoom. You will learn a specific mantra based meditation practice that you will have for life & no longer need to search or rely on apps or guided meditations.

Dates & Times:

Session 1: Monday, October 21st, 7-8.30pm

Session 2: Tuesday, October 22nd, 7-8.30pm

Session 3: Wednesday, October 23rd, 7-8.30pm

Learning to meditate is a lifelong investment in your well-being. Over time and through the regular practice of meditation, we notice slow but steady transformative changes within ourselves, how we relate to others, and the world around us.
