Rebecca Naughton
Hi, I am Rebecca, I am a Creative Facilitator, Nature Connection Guide and Meditation Teacher. I founded this space with the aim of sharing the different traditional practices and skills that can support our wellbeing in modern times: art making, creativity and reconnection with our heritage & nature for wellbeing, personal growth and joy.
I have worked with both adults and children, developing and facilitating both long term outdoor learning and wellbeing programmes and creative workshops. I was a cofounder of a Dublin Forest School, where I worked with a diversity of schools, homeschool and after school programmes and I also work independently with schools & communities.
I believe working with our hands and creative practices are vital and fundamental to our wellbeing. It provides a mindful and embodied outlet to reflect, slow down, reimagine possibilities, build confidence, connect with others & expand our capacity for joy.
I enjoy teaching and sharing creative ways we can reengage with our Irish heritage in modern ways by weaving together meditation, art making and plants and trees into both my indoor and outdoor offerings to gently reawaken people to the presence of the wild that lives all around us and within us.
My love to learn and grow has led me to train in a variety of nature based and wellbeing disciplines as listed in my qualifications.
