About the Course

The Learn to Meditate course consists of three 90-minute sessions taught by Rebecca over three consecutive sessions. In this course, you’ll learn a mantra-based meditation technique known as a "Being Technique," it is particularly beneficial for those with busy minds. It is suitable for both beginner meditators and experienced meditators and it is complementary & inclusive to all other wellbeing practices and routines you may have in place.

One common misconception about meditation is that you need to stop or block your thoughts. However, in this technique, thoughts are not considered undesirable. Instead, you’ll softly and effortlessly focus on a mantra, which helps quiet the mind and activates the body’s natural relaxation response.

Learning to meditate is a lifelong investment in your well-being. Over time and through the regular practice of meditation, we notice slow but steady transformative changes within ourselves, how we relate to others, and the world around us.

During the 3 sessions, you will:

  • Learn and practice a simple yet powerful meditation technique.

  • Discover how to integrate meditation easily into your daily life, so it becomes a routine practice.

  • Develop a lifelong meditation practice without needing to rely on apps or guided videos.

  • Once you have completed the meditation course you will be invited to a free weekly optional online meditation gathering to practice meditation in group and ask any questions.
