Mandala Workshops

A Mandala Workshop blends mindfulness with artistic expression. Mandala art is an ancient meditative creative practice that serves as a form of meditation, self-expression, contemplation and creativity. The emphasis is on the wellbeing and transformative benefits participants can experience during the creative process, rather than focusing on the outcome. No prior artistic experience is needed.

Immersive Nature Workshops & Programmes

We provide creative ways for individuals to connect and learn directly from the natural world, cultivate mindfulness, learn wild skills, reconnect with the seasons, Irish traditions, herbal medicine and foster a life long love of nature and enhance overall health and wellbeing.

Our programs and workshops are adaptable and can take place at a woodland, community gardens or onsite at specific locations.

Learn to Meditate Course

About the Course

The Learn to Meditate course consists of three meditation sessions taught by Rebecca over three consecutive sessions. Participants will learn a mantra-based meditation technique known as a "Being Technique,", which helps quiet the mind and activates the body’s natural relaxation response. This style of meditation has the remarkable ability to engage both hemispheres of the brain, creating balance and harmony in our mental processes

During the 3 sessions, participants will:

  • Learn the benefits of meditation and how it can support their lifestyle

  • Participate in practicing a simple yet powerful meditation technique and become a confident meditator.

  • Learn how to integrate meditation easily into their daily life, so it becomes an integrated long term habit.

  • Develop a lifelong meditation practice without needing to rely on apps or guided videos.

  • Once completed the meditation course employees will participate in a 60 day meditation challenge, supported by a weekly group meditation to keep up momentum, practice meditation in group and ask any questions.
