Weaving Together Natural Medicines

Creative Expression | Nature Connection | Plants | Meditation

Different Roots is an intersection of creativity, meditation and reconnection to nature and preservation of Irish heritage traditions and practices.

Through the arts, meditation, natural herbal medicines and nature connection we aim to create more interconnectivity in peoples lives and guide people of all different ages in relearning and rediscovering the forgotten ways and relationships we once had with plants, trees, our hands, ritual, the land and slow meditative practices all which help cultivate a more connected and harmonious relationship with ourselves, each-other, and the natural world.
