Primary School Creative Workshops and Programmes
Creative Workshops & Programme for Primary Schools
Creative workshops and programmes provide a holistic approach of weaving well-being practices, creativity, nature connection, and heritage into the lives of children and young people. We aim to weave nature into our workshops where possible as connection to nature, a sense of rootedness and belonging to place and cultural traditions are inherently linked to wellbeing.

Creative Workshops
Mandala Workshop: The word mandala comes from Sanskrit and means sacred circle and it is a meditative, sensory and peaceful creative practice that offer children the perfect balance between structure and free play. It is process-driven art making, it not about the final product but the journey of creation, the act of being present, and what emerges through that experience.
The circle can represent a safe and contained space to explore creative potential, process emotions, induce feelings of calm and authentically express ones inner world and identity through colour, shapes and imagery.
In mandala workshops young people will create their own mandala, reflect and share in circle and participate in a herbal tea ritual.
We facilitate various styles of mandala workshops

Long Term Programmes
Long term creative programmes offers children a immersive and inspiring space to develop creative and wellbeing skills, engage with heritage, express self authentically, and collaborate with peers while building resilience, confidence, and creative thinking. Sessions encourage learning through play, experimentation, curiosity and imagination. By engaging with heritage, Irish traditions, and the rhythms of the seasons, children develop a deeper awareness of their local environment, and the richness culture can add to their life.
Elements include:
